How to batch a week of content in one afternoon

Kundan Kumar

Founder, Plugio

A lot of creator burnout comes from deciding, every morning, what to film and post that day. Making content and publishing it are two different jobs. Doing them at different times takes most of the daily stress out.

Why a week, not a month

Plugio's Studio schedules up to 7 days ahead, so the natural unit is one week at a time. A weekly rhythm is also easier to keep than a monthly sprint, and it leaves room to react to what's working.

The routine

  1. Pick the week's posts. Three to five is plenty. Choose the ideas first, before you film anything.
  2. Write the hook and key points for each. You don't need a full script. A strong first line, two or three points and a call to action is enough.
  3. Film them in one session. Same setting and lighting means less setup and a consistent look.
  4. Upload them in Studio and write a one-line brief for each. Review the AI drafts for every channel and edit them.
  5. Schedule across the week. Pick times per channel, or let Plugio build a coordinated plan, then confirm.
  6. Look at the planner. The calendar shows the whole week in one view, so you can spot gaps or doubled-up days.

What this won't do

Scheduling doesn't make a weak video good, and it doesn't replace replying to comments. It removes the daily scramble so you have energy for both.

Questions

Can I schedule a whole month at once?

Not today. Studio schedules up to 7 days ahead, so batch and schedule once a week.

Can I change a scheduled post?

Yes. Open it from the planner to edit or delete it before it goes out.
