How to post one video to YouTube, Instagram and Facebook without re-uploading

Uploading the same video to YouTube, Instagram and Facebook means three upload screens, three titles or captions, and three times to remember. It is repetitive work, and it's easy to skip a platform when you're tired. Here is a simpler way to do it.
Why one copy-paste caption isn't enough
The platforms ask for different things, so a single caption fits none of them well:
| Platform | What it asks for | What usually works |
|---|---|---|
| YouTube | Title, description, tags | A clear, searchable title, because people find videos by searching |
| Caption | A first line that makes someone stop and read before the "more" cut-off | |
| Caption | A short, conversational post that invites a reply |
The one-upload workflow
- Connect your channels through the official Google and Meta login screens.
- Upload once in Studio. It accepts MP4, WebM, MOV files up to 100 MB.
- Write a one-line brief about the video, including any links or timestamps you want in it.
- Review the drafts. AI writes a title and caption for each channel. Read each one and edit it so it sounds like you.
- Choose when each goes out. Publish now, or pick a time per channel, or build a coordinated plan across channels.
- Confirm, then check the Posts page to see the status for each channel.
Mistakes that cost you
- Posting the same caption everywhere because it's quicker.
- Trying to schedule more than 7 days ahead. Studio schedules up to 7 days out.
- Uploading a file over the size limit and finding out at the last minute.
- Forgetting that Instagram needs a Professional account linked to a Facebook Page.
- Publishing without reading the AI draft. It's a starting point, not the final word.
Limits worth knowing
- Videos up to 100 MB, in MP4, WebM, MOV.
- Scheduling up to 7 days ahead.
- YouTube, Instagram and Facebook today. TikTok isn't supported today.
Questions
Can I post to all three at the same time?
Yes. Pick the channels, then publish now or schedule each channel for its own time.
What if one channel fails?
The Posts page shows the status for each channel. You can retry a failed channel from Studio without redoing the others.
